Our clients, spread throughout Europe, CEE and Africa, set extremely high standards not only on the quality of our products but certainly also on the reliability of deliveries and service. Not only delivering the right quality on time is of vital importance, reliability also plays a highly important role. Van Duuren offers us this service, particularly for Italy and France. Not complying with agreed delivery dates can have serious consequences for our end-users' production schedules. We are contractually obliged to deliver our products at set times and on fixed dates. Being a single day late, or not delivering at the right time on a particular day, can have enormous claims as a consequence.

Van Duuren is capable of providing the high standard of service we demand - every day. Not only are the goods picked up at NSK and delivered to our clients correctly and at the agreed time, the relevant documentation is also dealt with meticulously by the drivers. The service does not finish with the delivery of consignments; the drivers also look after the contact with our customers in a very professional manner. This is also very important to us, as they are after all the "face" of NSK at our clients' premises. The back-office is manned by experienced personnel. Questions from our Planning and Support Department are dealt with swiftly and correctly.

We expect of our hauliers a pro-active attitude when it comes to implementing improvements and solving problems. Every month we have consultations with Van Duuren in order to discuss the previous month's performance and to follow up on any possible disasters. Resulting activities are processed in a satisfactory manner. Follow-through on improvement processes is also absolutely no problem with Van Duuren. After-sales is also a good point: it all doesn't end with a sales pitch. Agreements made are checked by Van Duuren themselves, and are adjusted in consultation with NSK where this is seen to be necessary.
