No award, but a good feeling nonetheless!
Perhaps you had already seen on our website or in the trade journals that Van Duuren Districenters was nominated for the High Growth Award for the ‘best growing company of 2010.' We didn't win the award, but we were very pleased to have been nominated.

Yesterday evening - at the end of a highly inspiring gathering - the winner was announced. In our region - Midden Nederland - the award went to AFAS Software in Leusden. Our hearty congratulations to the winner.
Eligible to enter for the High Growth Award are companies that have experienced considerable growth in the preceding three years. Quantitative growth is not the only important criterion; another major aspect is the quality of that growth. Among other things examined are the company's growth strategy and the way in which socially responsible business (SRB) is integrated into its activities. Specialists from the Rabobank and PwC visited the companies for a question session.
We were not saddened by the fact that we did not win the award. On the contrary, we see the nomination as the fantastic seal of approval for the course we at Van Duuren have followed through the years. We are also very proud that we have continued to grow - despite the recession. This has been possible only through a clear and consistently executed strategy, which among other things is characterized by the successful acquisition of new clients, continuous investment in the quality of our pan-European network and in the quality of our personnel.
We thank everyone who congratulated us and wished us luck with the nomination; as you would expect we are carrying on, full of energy. Your trust in Van Duuren Districenters is ultimately our greatest award!
